Memberships Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW 

The Start An Online Business membership plans is operated by Bulk Mobiles. Any client or customer who purchases any of the monthly membership or subscription plans featured on our site, by payment of the first instalment or monthly amount, enters into a binding contract (detailed full terms and conditions below) between themselves and Bowse Consultancy limited, c/o Bulk Mobiles.  

 

SECTION 1 – PAYMENTS & MONTHLY BILLING 
The amount of the membership plan or subscription will be expected to be paid in full each month in advance of benefits, to avoid suspension of services. Should no payment be received in any month, following 30 days of the previous payment (billing cycle declared 30 days of your first payment for your membership or subscription package), we are liable to terminate the services under the particular membership plan. 

If there are any amounts owed as a result of your monthly membership plans, failed to be paid by yourselves on dates due or agreed, we reserve the right to recover any amounts owed to ourselves (the business) using products or stock in our possession previously bought by yourself for your online business. You agree that by allowing us to manage stock and or your online ecommerce account that stock will be at points in our possession and we reserve the right and control to use these to recover any amounts owed.

 

SECTION 2 – MEMBER CANCELLATIONS 

If a client or customer chooses to terminate a particular monthly membership or subscription, they must do so in writing in by email to request cancellation. Doing so will enable us to cancel the next payment due. There are no pro rata refunds for payments made where services have not been fully utilised in the billing period should a client wish to terminate their subscription. Should the company have to undergo any changes or actions resulting in the termination of any subscriptions or membership plans, we may provide a refunds; If services have been benefitted from within the billing period or cycle, the amounts may be due on a pro rata basis of 28 days billing. The client agrees that should there be any unauthorised billing cancellations on their side as a result of failed payments or self cancellation, any amounts due they agree to re pay such costs. 

 

If a client has benefitted from either any of our third party accounting or legal services as noted in subscription membership plans: Platinum and Black Card and terminates their plan within 3 months of engaging in use of accounting and legal services by our third party – such costs incurred by the company will be passed on to the client. The client agrees that they would be agreeing to repay any costs for legal or accounting support benefitted from the membership plans Platinum and Black Card if they do cancel the plan within 3 months of using the third party support. 

SECTION 3 - LARGE CAPACITY ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to the various administrative work, purchasing and sourcing responsibilities that derive from large orders, most undertaken work and processes will be non recoupable for the business. Due to the this, we have imposed the Large Order Cancellation Policy to protect the business from abuse of cancellations and therefore minimise loss of business profits and expenses incurred for the works. 

For orders subject to our large order cancellation policy, order total must reach 50,000 or more in any currency. E.g. £50,000 (GBP) or more, $50,000 or more. The below sets our guidelines for order values from this amount upwards and contracts any party who transacts with Bulk Mobiles and or any other trading or affiliated names or legal entities of the business. 

Cancellation Fee - Large Orders:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must advise the business of this within 14 days of making your order payment in writing by email. This will subject your order to a 20% admin charge as outlined in the reasons above. 

Return of Goods:
You will be obliged to return the goods to us if already received at your own cost.

Period for Refund:
Due to the large order value you agree that such time more than our normal processing times, will be needed to arrange clearance and processing of the order and facilitate a refund to yourself in 28 - 56 working days. 

Agreement:
By making any order totalling 50,000 or more in any currency and submitting payment whether in batches totalling or in one single amount of 50,000 or more, is sign of your agreement and acknowledgement of the Large Order Cancellation Policy. 

Any verbal or non verbal agreements made with any members in the company other than the registered directors or line of executives in the company will not hold against this policy and therefore this policy supersedes any other agreement.

 

SECTION 4 – LIABILITY NOTICE 

(a) BRONZE MEMBERSHIP PLAN 

Brand approvals - clients have a obligation to ensure if approvals done using a third party to return the monetary invoice value to Bulk Mobiles either within 21 calendar days or after arranging return of the goods to the third party supplier (whichever arises sooner). The client acknowledges and accepts the responsibility in returning the goods within the third party supplier's return period (noted on third party's website). Failure to adhere to these terms will subject the amounts owing to Bulk Mobiles. 

Diagnosis and troubleshoot of issues - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with advice on any account related issues on client trading Amazon FBA accounts. It does not guarantee such advice or remedies will consequently resolve issues face with the third party company: Amazon.co.uk and all Amazon regional businesses. 

 

Sales tactics and strategies - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with any known strategy or recommendations from staff and business experience to supposedly enhance or increase sales revenue of its clients operating on Amazon FBA through Amazon.co.uk and other regional businesses. Bulk Mobiles provides no guarantee that such methods will definitely enhance or increase sales revenue. 

 

Stock sent to Amazon when on Holiday - Bulk Mobiles takes no liability for stock sent to Amazon via use of third party couriers in the event of such couriers losing any units or parcels or delays in transit. Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable priority and assistance in ensuring goods are securely packaged for safe transit but will not be held liable for any goods damaged as a result of being in transit by a third party courier. Bulk Mobiles aims to dispatch any goods in its possession to Amazon UK or any other regional Amazon Fulfilment centers within 7 business days of receiving client dispatch or postage labels from the courier. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure the provided labels are with the correct "shipment to" and "shipment from" or "return to" addresses to avoid any potential delivery or return issues. 

 

Accountancy referral and advice (basic) - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with recommending or referring clients who request for accountancy support to any known accountant by Bulk Mobiles. Doing so removes any liability for any incorrect or false information regarding to any areas of accounting, finance and business received directly from a third party referred to accountant. 

 

(b) SILVER MEMBERSHIP PLAN 

Optimization of Amazon / eBay account sales - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with any known strategy or recommendations from staff and business experience to supposedly enhance or increase sales revenue of its clients operating on Amazon or eBay or Amazon or ebay's other regional businesses. Bulk Mobiles provides no guarantee that such methods will definitely optimise sales revenue. 

5% Discount on all orders - Clients agree to use of their designated and unique discount code created by the Marketing team. Clients must not share, re distribute this code without written permission from Bulk Mobiles. Doing so without permissions from Bulk Mobiles, if found out, will leave the client liable to repay the discounts applied on any unauthorised orders. 

Priority returns processing (7 working days) - Clients agree that in peak periods of trade such as 1st November - 31st December that there may be an additional 7 working days added to processing time to allow for peak trade periods. Clients also agree that where account managers may be sick, off work and or on annual leave, that such stated return processing times may be affected by the number of days in which their account manager has taken leave. 

 

(c) GOLD MEMBERSHIP PLAN 

Zoom call catch up with your dedicated account manager once a month - clients must give notice of intended Zoom meetings at least 5 working days. If shorter than this we cannot guarantee availability of account manager or staff to undertake calls or meetings. 

 

Diagnosis and troubleshoot of issues - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with advice on any account related issues on client trading Amazon FBA accounts. It does not guarantee such advice or remedies will consequently resolve issues face with the third party company: Amazon.co.uk and all Amazon regional businesses. 

 

(d) PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP PLAN 

Strategic investment planning to grow your business (finance) - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with any known strategy or recommendations from staff and business experience to supposedly grow the business of its clients operating on Amazon or eBay or Amazon or ebay's other regional businesses. Bulk Mobiles provides no guarantee that such methods will definitely grow the business. 

 

Accountancy referral and advice (advanced) - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with recommending or referring clients who request for accountancy support to any known accountant by Bulk Mobiles. Doing so removes any liability for any incorrect or false information regarding to any areas of accounting, finance and business received directly from a third party referred to accountant.  

 

VAT Advisory / support (advanced) - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with recommending or referring clients who request for accountancy support to any known accountant by Bulk Mobiles. Doing so removes any liability for any incorrect or false information regarding to any areas of accounting, finance and business received directly from a third party referred to accountant. 

 

(e) BLACK CARD MEMBERSHIP PLAN 

Full day to day management and running of your Amazon FBA account or Amazon seller merchant account or other marketplace account in care - Bulk Mobiles will exercise reasonable assistance where in its capacity as a supplier of goods, to assist with the day to day running and operations of the account. The client has an obligation to assist where requested from Bulk Mobiles or Bulk Mobile's staff to allow for such entrusted duties to be carried out. Bulk Mobiles in the capacity of running and operating client accounts accept no responsibility for events such as account closures, stock loss after delivery to Amazon or in transit to Amazon or any of Amazon fulfilment centres / geographical businesses.  In addition Bulk Mobiles accepts no liability for funds that may be held in Amazon Payments accounts in the UK and other Amazon regional businesses. Where client Amazon FBA accounts encounter account suspension, Bulk Mobiles too relieves itself of any liability as to being the cause, reason or responsible for such account entering suspension with the third party business: Amazon.co.uk or any or Amazon's regional businesses or any marketplaces in its care.

 

Opening of Amazon account - Bulk Mobiles will exercise care whilst ensuring the details provided from the client are correct and suitable for use on Amazon.co.uk and other regional businesses 

Funds disbursement to your bank account - we will ensure that funds are disbursed in accordance to your Amazon payment cycle in your Amazon account. 

 

Amazon Case Support for loss stock (10% of reimbursement amounts) - Bulk Mobiles agrees to exercise care and attention to assist with the reimbursement claims for missing or lost stock in Amazon's fulfilment centers. It does not guarantee that reimbursement claims will be granted or succeeded. Should claims be awarded the client agrees that Bulk Mobiles will be awarded the balance of 10% of the reimbursement total from Amazon 

Dedicated account manager - such periods of account management may be delayed up to the period of their account manager’s absence. The client understands that in times where their account manager are absent from business or away on annual leave that regular contact to Amazon to resolve issues - Should issues arise with Amazon, Bulk Mobiles will attempt on such issues to contact Amazon within 7 days of identifying the issue.

SECTION 5 – INDIVIDUAL ZOOM SERVICES 

Purchase of our individual zoom services provides the client or purchasing party 30 mins of zoom call support for any screen sharing purposes. By purchasing this one – off subscription, the buyer / client agrees that this service is for primarily conveying any issues or concerns by means of a virtual meet or screen share. It does not confirm our agreement to resolving any particular issue over the zoom call or virtual meet. A client may choose this service with the view to easily convey a particular message or issue faced or experienced. 

  

SECTION 6 - AMAZON CASES SUPPORT 

Purchase of our individual Amazon Cases Support service provides the client the ability to have specifically Amazon FBA account cases resolved by Bowse Consultancy Limited c/o Bulk Mobiles and or its organisation staff. For a period of 21 calendar days. We will agree to work on a specified number of cases relating to either lost shipments in your Amazon FBA business or any other agreed account related case issues. Before beginning works on any cases or issues on your Amazon FBA account, the client or purchaser of this service understands that a mandatory minimum payment of £150 is required. A further 10% of amounts successfully reclaimed from lost shipments or cases from Amazon FBA cases will also be due as a cost of works undertaken to reclaim costs from Amazon for lost shipments. The client agrees that by purchasing this one off subscription, he/she is agreeing to firstly payment of £150 to begin works of the agreed number of cases / issues on their account and secondly after completion of any particular number of cases in 21 days, to repay 10% of the value of monies received through reimbursements by Amazon / Amazon FBA / Amazon Payments / Amazon Fulfilment services. 

 

The client agrees and understands that this service does not guarantee reimbursement or resolution of nominated cases that we will try to resolve. We will work to ensure that all cases nominated in this purchase have been attempted at least once with our expertise. Should 21 days lapse with no remedy or solution to any particular cases nominated in this service, we are not liable for any funds reimbursement. This service guarantees our work of efforts to each case within 21 days. Should any case not be attempted within the 21 days we will endeavour to attempt that case outside of the 21 day period. After the 21 day period the client should they wish for continued work and efforts on any case will be required to re purchase the one off subscription package and agree the new number of cases for us to work on with the same policies above.
